1 - Service Invitation: Please select after receiving a service reminder

2 - Service Request: Please select, when it is time for your service without receiving a service reminder

3 - Repair Request: Please select, when something is wrong with your bike, which needs to be fixed. IMPORTANT - please check your service plan coverage

4 - Insurance Claim: Please select, when your bike got stolen. Please let us know the theft date and a detailed description of the event (if possible include pictures)

5 - Return of your Bike: Please select, when you need to return your Bike

6 - General Request: Please select, when you have any question regarding e.g. bike tracking or your bike leasing



If you don't have your Order ID close by, please fill in your frame number of your bike.
